About Me
My journey as a therapist began with a deep commitment to helping others heal. I started my career facilitating support groups for women affected by domestic abuse, which inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in social work at Bryn Mawr College’s School of Social Work and Social Research.
During my graduate studies, I worked as a therapist in a community mental health agency, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigated childhood trauma and neglect. In this setting, my passion for advocacy and helping the most vulnerable flourished.
To deepen my expertise, I pursued advanced training in modern psychodynamic psychoanalytic therapy at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. This specialized education allows me to understand and address my clients’ needs with a thoughtful and insightful approach.
I am committed to continuous learning, regularly attending workshops, training sessions, and consultation groups to stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic methods. My goal is to provide clients with the most effective tools for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
